After completing this painting with a yellow background I wasn't totally at peace about it.
I finally put it into photoshop and did a quick color adjustment
to see how it would look with a blue background.
I sent it on to the buyers and they agreed with the assessment.

(with watermark "oil paintings by Dee Lessard" put on through photoshop....not on actual painting!)
